The new construction (Design & Management) regulations 2007 came into force on April 6th 2007.

Who will now make sure that arrangements are made for managing the project without risk to Health, Safety and Welfare – THE CLIENT!

This seminar has been specifically organised for all Duty Holders (Clients, Designers, CDM Co-Ordinator, Principal Constructors) to outline and discuss the proposals under the revised CDM regulations.

The new proposals change some of the responsibilities and recognise that competence is crucial and that best placed persons are not necessarily the best suited.

Bearing in mind that in 2007 it was further endorsed that all Principal Contractors and Contractors will be solely responsible for the competence of their employees.

The new proposals endorse that only competent persons can undertake duties within the regulations.

Competency is still the foundation for risk management. After 14 years how competent are you, especially with the revised regulations?

"In-house" seminars can also be arranged.
